Return conditions

We do our utmost to handle your return and warranty requests as quickly as possible. For this we would like to ask you to take into account our return conditions.

  • You receive a standard 2-year warranty (except for excluded products, see below).
  • Return and warranty requests must be registered via the webshop.
  • Goods may be returned up to three months after delivery, for which we charge € 7.50 handling costs per shipment.
  • Returns and warranty products will be credited to you (unless agreed otherwise in consultation).
  • Gransier collects warranty goods from you free of charge. Returned goods may be sent along with this.
  • If you only have return goods, you must return them to us yourself. We can also collect it from you. For this we charge € 7.50 collection costs per package (plus € 7.50 handling costs per return shipment).

Which products are NOT eligible for return

  • Specially ordered products for you. These are also the special order products from the web shop.
  • Products that have already been mounted.
  • Electronic products including accumulators, batteries and electronic scooter products.
  • Products that were delivered to you more than three months ago.
  • Products that are already out of our range.
  • Products that are damaged, opened, covered with stickers, without packaging or with contaminated packaging.

Which products are NOT eligible for warranty

  • Products whose warranty period has expired.
  • Products with damage caused by accident, misuse, improper use, incorrect assembly and/or liquid damage.
  • Products not purchased from Gransier.
  • Consequential damage to other components.
  • Electronic products including accumulators, batteries and electronic scooter products.
