Delivery of orders

If you order on working days before 5 p.m., your order will be shipped the same day. Your order will be handled with attention and care. Orders that we receive on Fridays before 5:00 PM will be delivered within the Netherlands on a standard Saturday. Unfortunately, we cannot offer Saturday shipments to other countries.

If you have forwarded the order to us on a working day before 5:00 PM, it will be shipped the same day. After the order has been processed, you will receive the Track & Trace data from the carrier by e-mail with which the shipment can be tracked. Complete bicycles are sent with DHL.

We would like to point out that each order is processed separately. Due to the large number of orders that we process per day, it is unfortunately not possible for us to add or remove products from an order.

Collection of orders

Of course you are also very welcome at our warehouse in Heerlen to pick up orders. We do not use any order costs or a minimum order amount, so it's nice and easy!

If your order is placed before 5:00 PM, you can pick it up the same day at our warehouse in Heerlen (NL).
Please allow two hours processing time. For orders that arrive after 5:00 PM, we cannot guarantee that they can be picked up the same day. You will receive an email as soon as the order is ready to be picked up.
